Executive Summary

Gasgun Petroleum is a Thailand-based petroleum distributor managing fuel operations across multiple stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners. As operations expanded, coordination increasingly relied on manual processes and fragmented communication.

Kulkul Technology developed a centralized web application to structure and digitize operational workflows. Built with Angular (frontend) and Django (backend), the platform replaced manual coordination with a role-based system designed to standardize processes and improve operational visibility.

Rather than focusing on cosmetic digitization, the initiative aimed to introduce operational clarity—defining structured data flows, formalizing process checkpoints, and reducing dependency on ad hoc coordination.
